Unfortunately, our experience selling our home was disappointing. While things started off reasonably well, several aspects of the service did not meet our expectations.
The listing photos were taken on a phone rather than by a professional photographer, which we felt did not showcase our home in the best possible light. We were also concerned that information from our home inspection was disclosed to potential buyers in a manner that we did not feel was appropriate.
One of the most frustrating parts of the process occurred while we were away on vacation. We were asked to sign off and disclose alleged water issues in our basement before the cause had been properly investigated. It was later determined that the issue was simply the result of a power outage that had caused our sump pump to stop working. We felt pressured to acknowledge a problem before the facts were known, which created unnecessary stress and concern.
Very grateful that the Thunder Bay market is hot at the moment and that the house sold itself!

I will post the sellers original post under this . It was all ok UNTIL I refused to pay them a kick back of 25% commission after already paying a 38% commission kick back to there transfer company. The house sold for $80,500 more than asking!!
The following is the original post.

Working with Bev to sell our home was a great experience. She was professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her guidance and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way. We'd definitely recommend her! - Vesta
