We had the pleasure of working with Bianca to purchase our first home. I was not looking for a realtor when I found Bianca and had planned on using a friend. However, after I had filled out a web-form Bianca reached out to me and the no pressure attitude was very welcoming, and I could tell almost immediately that she had very good knowledge on the neighborhoods we were looking at. After meeting Bianca I grew to like her personality and my wife (fiancé at the time) liked Bianca’s waste no time “straight to the point” methods. I am more of a “let me see every option before I make a decision” person while my wife is a “need not see more once she has found what she likes” and Bianca was able to cater to the both of us very well. Bianca went above and beyond in every manner, her responses to all my questions were very prompt and accurate. The advice and guidance throughout the process was priceless as we did not know any more than one can learn from various Google searches when it comes to buying a home for the first time. I can say for sure that Bianca will be my first choice when it comes time to sell.
