Bill is absolutely fabulous!!! He offers something that has seems to gone out of style... he walked our neighborhood, met with all the neighbors and then visited every single month for years, leaving a cheerful note each time. He was never pushy, but just plain kind and nice. His friendliness is what brought us to him, but I could not have been more pleased with everything he provided for us. He was extremely professional, but with a calm, down-home touch. In this day in age where everything is so "sterile" because of technology, I very much appreciated Bill's attentiveness to every need or concern we had during this process. I have never sold a home before and this was not only a huge financial undertaking, it was also a sentimental one for me. Bill was steady and there every time a question or issue came to mind. We were under a contingency with another house, so speedy timeframe was paramount. Within a week of signing on with Bill our home was on the market and happily sold, for asking price, in seven - yes that's right - 7 DAYS! I could not ask for a better, kinder or a real estate agent with more integrity than Bill Baird!
