Bill was the best decision. He is so knowledgable and did an incredible amount of legwork and back-round work to ensure the full knowledge of the inside and outside of the house was fully disclosed. He gave honest opinions and sound advice and never hesitated to accommodate or adjust our viewings. It was our first home and we were therefore picky and naive on certain things over the several months search. But he was not bothered by it and was so patient and ever encouraging and determined to find the right one alongside with us. It was wonderful that we felt comfortable to ask any questions or for clarification about the new (to us) process of it all and his knowledge and experience was priceless. It was a smooth and enjoyable transaction as was the searching journey. We have recommended him several times and are planning on working with him again in the future, very shortly.
