We had Sold our home and we’re living with our Daughter and looking to find something level. My Husband has mobility issues and had difficulty going upstairs. We were out one day and found a TH Condo Unit listing with Bill’s name. I called and spoke with Bill and arranged to view the Unit. We never got this place, but he kept us informed of other Units available with a garage on the main floor. We stayed with Bill and he found us our new place.
