I absolutely recommend Bill for any of your buying/selling/leasing needs. I can confidently say that Bill always has your best interest in mind when helping you search for a property. I was looking for a condo to rent, and Bill did not hesitate to point out drawbacks that came with certain condos, that I would have otherwise overlooked. He is extremely punctual and prompt in his responses (often responding immediately or within minutes), along with being a great negotiator. I’ve worked with a couple realtors in Toronto before I had started working with Bill, and my experience working with Bill was exceptionally better in all aspects.
