Billy has worked extremely hard to help me buy my first rental property. With having every odd against me (self employed, buying a private sale, duplexed home, owning a home already and so much more) he took this laundry list of things banks hate and provided me with thorough options and still to this date works hard to find me new considerations. For my other friends he has continued shopping for them until the day of close to help get them a better situation for there needs (whether it be a rate decrease, prepayment options that fit them better and more).
