As a buyer, I can say first hand you might 'think' you know your needs until you start visiting places and see whats out there and what you can afford. Bindu will help you avoid stress, focus, adjust, and narrow down what you are after. Importantly in this process she never makes you feel like a visit was a waste of her time. That is so key so you can feel confident in the process and taking time to decide. She will take to you places as comparable even if she knows they are not 'the one' so you are able to know when you find 'the one'. c) Bindu will go above and cares about you (not just business). During the offer process our transaction became complicated due to vendor delays and issues outside our control. Bindu navigated the process for us and always had our back for the entire delay. As a buyer and personally this was amazing to know we could count on her. She is an excellent negotiator which takes the pressure off you. d) Bindu provided us excellent options for referrals for the mortgage and notary.
