Bindu was awesome. She offered helpful suggestions regarding how to make slight, inexpensive changes to enhance the presentation of the property. She was also very, very communicative. We didn't have to wonder about who was visiting, what to expect, etc. She understands the market and is patient with questions. I would definitely recommend her. This is her job. It's not something she's doing on the side like so many real estate agents. She takes it seriously and she does it well.
