Bindu dedicated what seemed like lots of time and energy with me over the summer as I learnt about the Montreal housing market, and the NDG neighbourhood, and helped me figure out what we needed and could afford, organized many visits, doesn’t waste time, advised me well on the tense final negotiation situation, referred me to a good banker, house inspector, and notary, and has a good heart.
