We worried about an agent being somewhat self-serving and not always acting in our best interests. 3. We worried that it would be a long, disjointed buying process in a Covid-affected market. Bindu has a clear point of view and was invaluable in steering us away from inappropriate properties, and toward properties with the most up-side. She is an excellent evaluator of real estate due to her long experience in the field, and her "gut feeling" judgments and predictions are eerily accurate. Bindu is ultra-professional and takes tremendous pride in her work. She was tremendously committed to us finding the right property, and always acted 100% in our best interests, going well above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion. She even convinced the seller to cover some last minute unanticipated costs, which was a nice bonus! She has tremendous energy, and is always moving forward, thus we were able to evaluate a large number of properties quickly, and select only those that we seriously wanted to visit. It is critical to have an agent who can quickly qualify properties, especially in the current buying environment. Bindu is an absolutely outstanding real estate agent.
