Bita was very helpful in our search, we must have seen 15 places or more together. She was knowledgeable with searches and was able to find us houses with our wants and goals in mind. Even after our “scheduled” viewings she would look locally and schedule more to ensure we saw as many as we could in one day. She was reassuring, quick to answer all calls and texts, and made our process so much easier. It was my first time using a realtor for a rental so I was sceptical but was very pleasantly surprised by how much stress having a realtor took off our plate. She answered all our questions negotiated our agreement and reassured us during times of stress. I am very thankful for her help and such a positive expierence.
