First and foremost, Bixuan has demonstrated a complete disregard for client confidentiality. She has shared personal information without consent, a severe violation of trust and professional ethics. This alone should be enough to raise major red flags for anyone considering working with her. In addition to this breach of privacy, she has shown a shocking tendency to insert herself into personal matters and create drama—drama that has no place in a client-agent relationship. Her behavior has been disruptive, intrusive, and frankly inappropriate. An agent should be a calm and supportive presence, not a source of unnecessary conflict and chaos. Communication with Bixuan is another major issue. When you have questions, concerns, or need support, she is nowhere to be found. Messages go unanswered, and follow-up is nonexistent. However, when she needs something from you, her tone turns aggressive and relentless. She will blow up your phone and inbox until you respond, showing no regard for your time or boundaries. Overall, Bixuan Zhang has shown herself to be unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. If you value your privacy, peace of mind, and basic decency in a professional relationship, I strongly urge you to stay far away from her services. DO NOT WORK WITH BIXUAN ZHANG. You deserve better.
