Blair helped my find my first home. I can characterize him as someone who makes sure you stay away from places and building stratas that could cause legal head-aches or maintenance catastrophes down the road. As a first time home buyer, this gave me the freedom to look for things to love about my home search experience rather than worry about things that could go wrong (he does all that for you). The same attitude continued on to the offer and purchase phases. I was making my decision with comfort. He prepared an organized set of docs for me to review when I was going through subject removals and in fact found a discrepancy in my parking slot allocation (versus the building plan) which later on lead to an official change in our building parking spots (and better spots for me!).
