We wish there were 10 stars cause 5 is just not enough!  Blair and his team were awesome.  Right from the first meeting to the last last details of both buying our second home and selling our first - everything was exceptional.  Blair knew the ins and outs of the market and were able to guide our family through challenging negotiations.  He is super easy to work with and very respectful of our wishes, needs, and wants.  Blair also has the keenest instinct on where we needed the hand-holding, cause there were moments we needed it the most :) The service that he and House Selling Group provided were all around impressive.  He build us a solid A-Team of lawyer, photographers, inspector, etc who supported us throughout the scary and emotionally draining processes. He is a joy to work with, professional through and through, so glad we were recommended to him, and a fantastic partner to wade through the crazy real estate land.  We absolutely recommend Blair and the House Selling Group to anyone.  We are so thankful to have met him.
