Bogdan was amazing to work with. He first helped us purchase our new home in early 2023 and sold our old home in late 2023. Before purchasing our new home, we toured the house 3 times (as well as looked at other properties multiple times) and Bogdan made time to come with us each time and he was present for the home inspection. The negotiations for our new home were extensive as issues came up during the home inspection but Bogdan got the price down to what we were happy with spending. Bogdan also worked endlessly to sell our old home, he had multiple open houses and did private showings whenever someone was interested. Bogdan is professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. One of the biggest things I appreciated was the open communication he gave us at all times and his honesty during both the buying and selling process. I would 100% recommend him.
