I was in need of selling my friends home after his passing.  I live in Brandon and the house was in Winnipeg.  Bogdan went above and beyond in every aspect of this house sale.  He was available to meet my schedule, assisted in going to the house before and after each showing to ensure the alarm was turned on and the house secured, was available to let workers into the home for repairs and inspections, set out garbage and recycle bins after my weekends of working in the house so they were available on my return weekends, and checked on the house both inside and out to ensure it’s security.  He offered to help move furniture, boxes and items to ensure effective staging.  During the time between the house sale and possession he assisted in preparing for the in house estate sale and after that helped pack and remove items into the garage for their later removal.  He did minor repairs himself.  He always conducted himself in a professional manner and to the highest standards.  He truly cares about people and going well above his required duties to provide assistance and support during this very trying time. He followed Covid 19 protocol effectively.  I would highly recommend his service to anyone and in particular to those dealing with estate situations or those requiring extra assistance in the selling of their home.  He is a very honest and trustworthy individual and would be my first choice if I was needing to sell or buy a home in Winnipeg.  He has become a true friend.
