🌼 I wanted to share an experience I recently had with a real estate transaction, particularly with Realtor Bonny Dann, in the hope that it raises awareness and helps others navigate their own journeys. Following some negotiation, I promptly accepted a counteroffer and instructed my realtor to proceed. However, One hour later after she came with the counteroffer and my realtor said that we will accept just to wait to to able to announce properly my husband . To my surprise, Miss Bonny Dann informed My agent that the transaction would resume on Monday as the lawyer had left and eventually other offers might be discussed At this point she insured that I am the only offer - I expected to be announced if there are multiple offeres in the same way that the person that put the second offer was aware of an initial offer . Unfortunately, no further communication occurred between myself, my realtor, and Miss Bonny Dann after that point. The real shocker came on Sunday morning when my realtor received an automatic email from a system notifying her that the property had been sold - over night - It looks that the lawyer was working night shift suddenly over night 😱 This unexpected turn of events has led me to question the ethical conduct of Miss Bonny Dann in this situation. Despite verbally accepting my offer, it appears she may have used it to attract a higher bid without disclosing to us the presence of multiple offers. I believe transparency is crucial in real estate transactions, and this lack of communication seems unprofessional and falls short of ethical standards. 🏡💔 I want to encourage everyone to be aware of such practices and to share your experiences as we navigate the world of real estate together.
