Brad was very resourceful helping us through several bids on a few properties in a highly sought after neighbourhood. A property came up while we were away and Brad went over and above to help us make a decision, negotiate with the owner, and complete the sale all while out of the country. Thanks to his help we finally have our retirement property in place. Brad definitely earned his commission running around for us!
