Brad worked with us to help us find our forever home. The whole time he proved to be a huge asset! He is incredibly down to earth, easy to work with and great at communicating. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out things to us that we would have never thought of even looking at or noticed ourselves. We also often had our three young girls with us, and Brad was always so great with them! They began to love him like family and thought he was moving in with us. Viewings are not always easy with three kids 5 and under, but Brad was able to roll with the punches that they threw our way (like cranky post car nap wake ups) and keep us on track! He got to see our family dynamic and kept that at the forefront of his mind when showing us potential homes. His opinion honestly became a driving force behind our final decision. When buying our house, we ended up with a lot of unexpected hurdles and Brad always kept a calm demeanour. Through all of our anxiety, from having the seller come back with prices out of our budget to finances not coming through, he remained calm and told us everything would work out. He became our guru, not only helping us navigate buying our first home but also helping us remain calm and focused on things we could control. I feel like I may not be the easiest to work with as I hate giving up control, but he was great at letting me lead when I wanted and reining me in and focus when I was starting to go off book. We had other realtors try to sway us into letting them help us look, but you don’t need seconds when you are working with the best. And Brad truly is the best.
