Brad is absolutely the best! We were a first time seller (and buyer) and were so grateful we found him. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we were informed of the pros and cons to each option we had. He was patient, professional and was always there to support. He was not pushy like some agents and understood what we needed. He walked us through in detail what to expect so when things unfolded we were pretty much prepared. We beat out the competition and at the same time got what we needed for our new home. We were thrilled and are looking again to have Brad for our next goal!
