I have worked with Brady to buy two properties at very different times in the market, one when it was nearly impossible to see a house before it sold and another when it was slower and we had more flexibility and he was consistently an amazing asset and resource in both markets. Brady has never made me feel pressure to buy anything other than the right fit. He has always done a great job keeping my expectations in line and ensuring I didn’t lose sight of the needs I had listed as most important. He is a wealth of knowledge about all things real estate and as a lifetime Calgarian he knows the city better than anyone. I always felt comfortable with him and could tell that he always cared more about finding me my dream home than just selling me a house. I’ve dragged him to the craziest properties over our time house shopping and he never once made me feel like I was wasting his time. He has always been honest and provided me a comprehensive understanding of what I would be buying into with each house we looked at (both the positives and the negatives). This last property he did a killer job negotiating on our offer with the seller’s agent and I walked away with a great price on my perfect house.
