I've been house hunting (first time home buyer) for ~3 years, and Brandon was one of the first realtors that I met when I first started looking for a home.  Over the course of those 3 years, Brandon was very patient and a huge help.  I often needed to tweak/change my email updates (eg. new budget, new neighbourhood, etc) as I learned more about Vancouver, and Brandon was very supportive and fast to make the changes. When I finally found the home I wanted to buy, Brandon again was very attentive and made the process easy and as stress-free as possible!  I felt that I had his undivided attention every step of the way, and he helped walk me through the negotiation, subjects, and helped explain what all the closing dates meant. I recommend Brandon to all my FTHB friends, even if they already have a realtor, because Brandon was fantastic.  We even got a beautiful "welcome home" basket which was above and beyond what we expected.
