I am a first time out of province buyer that was purchasing to be able to move closer to family. I was only able to visit for 3 days for other purposes and he managed to make accommodations for the small amount of time I was there. Brandon was prompt sending paperwork and informing us of necessary actions and it felt as though he was genuinely happy for us to make this move and find a home that was right for us.
