Brandon’s marketing strategies are amazing. One major thing that stood out for us, was that he said he is always looking for buyers when listing a property. He doesn’t just list and walk away. This rang true for us, as we did not have to list and he found us a buyer. Brandon is very honest, he was upfront about things he noticed on properties we looked at, but also was extremely realistic on what he thought we could get for our property based off all the factors.
