Always answered my phone calls and inquiries. Very easy to work with. Ours was an estate sale and he more than helped us out and took a lot of the pressure and worries off of us. He was actually referred to us by another real estate agent because of Brandt's knowledge of the area. He just helped us out with all aspects of the sale.
