The A-Team was an excellent choice for selling our home in Calgary. Tom gave some great suggestions for preparing the home for sale knowing what buyers are looking for or what might turn a buyer off. Tom and Breanna evaluated the house and honestly compared it to similar homes and gave us a recommended price to list it at. They are extremely knowledgeable and very detail-oriented. They provided us with checklists and tons of help along the way. They have a great understanding of how to effectively market homes. But they are also not pushy and always let us proceed with what felt like the right choice for us. We listed at a price we were pleased with, had a ton of showings within the first 48 hours, multiple offers and a firm deal within a week. Breanna continued to work hard and show our home during the time while there were still conditions on the sale, in case that deal fell through. I think her understanding of the current real estate market helped direct us in the way that led to a very quick, successful sale!! Yay!
