The most overwhelming part of preparing to sell our home was choosing a realtor because we were looking for a lot of boxes to be checked. We did a ton of research and interviewed several agents; however from the initial meeting we had with Brehannah we knew she was the one. She is confident, professional, knowledgeable and has a very calm demeanour which is so helpful in dealing with the emotions that come with selling a home.
