Brehannah was my realtor through selling my first home and buying a new one, and she was just incredible. She did an excellent job advising us on what to do to get the house ready and when it came time for staging and photos, she made the house look it’s absolute best. We had an offer within a week and while many complications arose with selling my house, she handled it in stride and guided us through the transaction with an incredibly calm and professional attitude. She was very patient with us as we sifted through what seemed like endless listings looking for our new home, and understood that we were going to be picky. She was never pushy and while she was always quick to point out great features of a home we were viewing, she was just as quick to pick up on things you want to avoid. And when we settled on the right place, she was great with walking us through the nerve wracking process of putting in an offer on a house where we knew multiple offers would be made. Both properties closed and when it was all done I could tell Brehannah was genuinely happy for us and cared that we got what we wanted.
