She turned what we thought would be a difficult situation, into a very easy and smooth process from the interview to, to staging, to following up with our lawyer to the final close of the sale. We were very pleased with the end results as we received more than the asking price and higher for the area of the home. The work put in by her team, and us paid off. More importantly we weren’t stressed out thru this process. Yes we were anxious about buyers wanting to see the home but we had more than we anticipated. Which brought a peace of mind feeling throughout the time we spent working with Brehannah.
