We chose Brehannah as our relator because of her many years of experience and her familiarity with the areas we were interested in as she also grew up nearby! She showed us 15+ houses and helped us write offers on several with the price we were comfortable with. If she was ever unavailable, her associate Megan was able to fill in who was also a pleasure to work with! Brehannah had many great contacts for everything from the inspection to lawyers.
