Brendon did an amazing job representing us as a Buyers Agent. I genuinely believe we would not have been able to get the home we did as first time home buyers - it checked all the boxes AND he somehow negotiated it to be under budget in a sellers market. How? I have no idea, but he is a great negotiator and is amazing to have on your side. Brendon was so patient showing us numerous homes, and was incredibly knowledgeable about each home we viewed. He answered dozens of questions about the home itself and the process, and never once pressured us to make a decision we weren’t comfortable with. He kept us sane during bidding wars and kept us in check to not go over budget AND to push to get everything we wanted. His positivity throughout the entire transaction was amazing, he has a great personality and it was a pleasure to work with him.
