We called Brennan on a Tuesday and met with him on that Saturday. He listed our cabin 3weeks later and sold it 2days after that. To say Brennan made the process easy is an understatement. He replied to our questions and concerns in a timely manner and walked us through the listing process, he was very knowledgeable with it. Brennan was direct and up front with us through it all.
