We have used Brett and CIR Realty for about 3 condo sales and each time we marvelled at the amount he SOLD our units for. We appreciated that he did so many little fixes rather than trouble us. We were so happy with the photos they did, the way the sales sheet read and the attention to detail they provided throughout the process even though this was a low dollar amount. Very grateful to this man !!
