Brian was very personable and professional. Given we put the house on the market in the Fall, we expected it might take a bit longer to sell. The strategy of having three consecutive weekends of Open House to get lots of people through the door worked. A couple who went to the second and third Open House purchased the house and the sale completed in November. Brian is very timely in his responses, all-round lovely person, and the consummate professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
