We have used Brian Lamb 3 times over many years two selling and one purchasing. We would say he is our agent for life. If you want some one very knowledgeable, and not afraid to tell you the truth, this is your guy. We did not know him on our first sale but over the years we consider him a friend ( we do not socialise) I cannot say enough how much we trust Brian and his expertise., i am doing this only because we believe he epitomises what a good realtor should be. You could tell he worked for us. I would definitely call Brian Lamb an expert in his field.
