Brian was very professional all through the sale, he was available 24/7 kept me updated daily. His presentation of the house inside and out and the area was exceptional. Many of my friends complimented how it was presented. His advertised was broad. He was extremely hard working to show the house and worked with me how to set the house up best for showing. He is a very good negotiator and always listened to my thoughts on offers. He did an over the top job in a very difficult real state market. If it was not for his persistent hard dedicated skilled work and ethic I never would have got the price I did. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to Sell or Buy.
