I had an awful experience dealing with Britany Beckers and unfortunately it continues to get worse. As an out of town buyer I feel I was taken advantage of and my "realtor" was definitely not working on my behalf. From the stove not working, baseboard heaters not working, rotted bathtub, pigeon poo that was never cleaned until I complained, waiting 7+ hours to get keys to move in on my Moms birthday it has been a constant state of what will go wrong next. I bought items that were included in the condo purchase price that were missing. I was wondering why she wouldn't be there at completion date. Grab the commission for the least amount of work possible and run. I have bought and sold real estate across Canada and this has been by far my worst buying experience and I'd suggest there are many other, more competent realtors in the Ottawa area to utilize.
