We purchased property and was under contract with Windward Construction to build our home in a new subdivision he was building. We were moving from the Lower Mainland, so could not be on site very often, to see how the build was going. Brittany was exceptional in keeping us updated and sending pictures every step of the way. She went above and beyond by offering to check on our house, as Insurance required, after the occupancy permit was issued up until the time we could move in. We have had other relators in the past, but Brittany was by far the best. We would highly recommend her.
