This was my 7th total property transaction with Brittany on my side (selling a condo, buying and years later selling a lake house, buying and selling a townhouse, buying and selling a 2-unit rental property and buying a newly built long term home). I could say many great things and reasons for hiring her, but to summarize- honest, to the point, manages any setbacks or unknowns as they pop up quickly and with a strategy to pivot and is just genuinely a real and down to earth person with experience who listens to you. Gives her opinion and trusts her gut. Would recommend to anyone, and will be our agent for life if/when we need her. 11/10 for caring about her clients.
