I was new to the city and I found Brock online. He educated me on the many different neighbourhoods and showed many homes to me. And he did so with patience and without pressure. He also was responsive to my needs in finding homes that worked for me. He also was frank in his views about homes we saw - if he didn’t think a home made sense for me, he told me.
