I met Brody in May /2022 and I told him what kind of home I was looking for. I didn’t want anything big and I didn’t want a home with lots of maintenance as I am a single person. I also wanted to live in a nice neighbourhood on a not so busy street. Brody kept in touch with me and at the end of July Brody called me with the property that I was interested in. I made an offer on the home and took possession of the home on November 21/2022. Brody was very helpful with making everything come together for me. I am very happy with my purchase.
