Overall I'd give Brooke and Moveta Realty Inc. a 2 star rating. They were professional but inexperienced and lack of understanding of the Toronto Real Estate Market. The level of experience was lacking, lack of knowledge of legalities was another negative which I experienced. A simple mistake in real estate can end up costing the buyer thousands of dollar$$$ so I would just hire someone with more experience next time around. There website is fun and interactive, but I felt they were just too eager to make a sale then to find me a good home. Stay clear from this company.
