I would recommend Bruce in a hearbeat, and already have done so. My home sold in about 21 days. When we were close and the other buyers were slow on some paper work Bruce was on the phone long before the sun came up. He worked like he cared and that is rare in real estate. Many stick the sign in and wait. Not Bruce. Again is is refreshing to see this work ethic. He worked very well with the other agents involved too.
