Bruce Mc Gaw saw to us, with "down home" congeniality and professionalism, that endeared him to me personally. We had an area in mind, though we were open to his other suggestions. He showed us homes that were in our money range. However, the town of Digby was where we had our eye. The home we settled for was in need of tlc, so buying at the price, it allowed us to set aside a monetary balance for fix ups.
