Was my first realtor and likely my last until he retires. Bryan is very knowledgable about everything from commercial to residential and everything in between. Saved me many headaches and was always there when I needed him. I can probably safely say more people wouldn't have dealt with a close while on vacation. He was always prompt and because of his continued efforts (even when he was on vacation), he's the reason I'm in the awesome condo I'm in now. If it weren't for him, who knows what dump I would be stuck with because the other guy didnt care enough. Ultimately though, he was there to point out things that I would have never thought about to ask and let me make the end decision based on all the facts. HIGHLY recommend him.
