Bryan was extremely helpful in getting our property in a saleable position, giving us pointers, etc. He kept us up to date on the sale process and promptly answered any questions we had. Our property was not the easiest to sell, but Bryan did an excellent job and brought in motivated buyers (not tire-kickers) and in the end he was the one who found our buyer.
