This was a rather unique transaction with a few unexpected circumstances but turned out perfectly for us in the end, thanks to Bryan's diligence and perseverance! We have been looking to find a property in Paradise Valley since we first arrived in Lethbridge 3 yrs ago. One finally came up on MLS in July and I immediately texted Bryan from our summer place in BC and asked him to go and see it and put in a full price, unconditional offer on our behalf. However...that same day...when I later looked at the listing, it showed "Pending"! I called Bryan immediately to find out what and how that happened that quickly! Needless to say, there was an offer that had been accepted and we were so disappointed! However Bryan took it upon himself to stay in touch with the listing realtor and let him know he had clients who were ready to purchase, should anything change. Close to three weeks later, after we had pretty much given up hope, we got a call from Bryan saying the deal had collapsed and he would put in an offer immediately and suggested we go in slightly higher than asking...which we agreed to instantly. Bryan went to see the property on our behalf and indicated in the offer, that the only stipulation we asked for was to come and view it if the offer was accepted. Thanks to his diligence, we got the property and made the trip back to Lethbridge to see it! we couldn't be happier that we finally got our "forever" home in the area we wanted! We have our current property listed with Bryan and have every confidence he will get it sold for fair market value. We are extremely pleased with Bryan's perseverance to get us the property we wanted and look forward to continuing our relationship with him as our realtor of choice. He's that good!
