Caitlyn was absolutely incredible, from start to finish. My partner and I had to buy virtually as we were moving from Toronto to Regina during a time when it was difficult for us to travel during the pandemic. Caitlyn was so reassuring and knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable buying in a city we had never been to. She was tuned in completely to what we wanted, and after a few virtual viewings even arranged for us to see the house we ended up buying 'just in case we wanted to see it,' knowing this house would move fast but that it might be the perfect fit for us. It was! I can't imagine being supported by any other realtor for our first home purchase, and we will be sure to reach out to her again for any property we might buy in the future. She is the best!
