Caitlyn was amazing from start to finish. Our first conversation with a realtor left us feeling so disheartened. We were told to expect to lose money on our home. We reached out to Caitlyn hoping for a better experience and we got it. She fully got us. She understood that selling our home was an important stepping stone for us. She understood how much work we had put into our home. She didn’t rush us and let us take our time and wait for the right offer. Every step of the way she guided but never pushed. In the end we got very close to what we had originally hoped to get for our home and because of that we were able to purchase a home in a community we had been dreaming of living in for years.
